Obituary of Craig Horseman

Craig Horseman, great great grandson of the late Chief Henry LaGlace of the Horse Lake Indian Beaver Band, Nation member of Horse Lake First Nation, AB, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at home, at the age of 30 years. Craig was born in Grande Prairie, AB, and raised in Horse Lake First Nation. He was a talented hockey and baseball player. He enjoyed music, hunting, fishing, golfing, and writing. He will be sadly missed by his children: Brynn and Breah Horseman; mother Ramona Horseman; sisters: Jordan (Keith) Garbitt, Taylor (Tristan) Letendre, Julie Ferguson, Jazlynn Ferguson, and Jocelynn Horseman; brothers: Carl (Markie) Horseman, Damond Horseman, Jordy (Shyann) Horseman, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Dion Horseman, and sister Shea Horseman. A Wake will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 6:00 pm at Horse Lake First Nation Little White House. The Funeral Service will take place Friday, September 23, 2022, at 11:00 am, at Horse Lake First Nation Little White House.
