Obituary of Rhoda Cook

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Rhoda Cook announce her passing on Friday, November 23, 2018 at her home in Mackenzie Place, Grande Prairie, AB with her family by her side, at the age of 79 years. Rhoda will be dearly missed by her children Linda (Tim) Moffett, Rick (Laurel), Tammy (Robert) Savidan, and Dean (Vicky), 13 grandchildren along with their spouses, and 14 great grandchildren. Rhoda also leaves behind her sisters Bonnie Descoteaux and Karen (Lee) Snider, her brothers Dale (Joan) Willard and Bud (Deanna) Willard, along with many nieces and nephews. Rhoda was predeceased by her husband Jack, her parents Jim and Bessie Willard, her sisters Kozie Ellingbow, Jean Sask, Gwen Melnyk and Maxine Brown, and her brothers Gerald Willard and Merton Willard. In lieu of a celebration of life the family wishes to donate those funds that would have been used for a celebration to Big Toy Box as Rhoda never wanted a child to go without at Christmas. We would also encourage family and friends to also drop off a toy or cash donation at their local Christmas Charity. Very Respectfully Beaverlodge Funeral Service
