Raymond Dale Foss, a long time resident of Beaverlodge, Alberta passed away surrounded by his loving friends and family on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 in Beaverlodge, Alberta at the age of 68 years. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dale Foss. Dale was born in Grande Prairie, Alberta on February 3, 1947. Dale spent 31 years as a mobile technician for (AGT) Telus Communications. After retirement, he worked on and off to keep himself busy. Over the years, he endured many business adventures such as raising cattle, alpacas, operating video games and various other odd jobs. His passion and heart was in spending time with family and being outdoors. He enjoyed many hunting, trapping, fishing, and camping trips with friends and family. In his later years, Dale enjoyed the warmer climates of Arizona during the winter months. Dale was predeceased by his parents Olaf and Beulah, his mother-in-law Verna and father-in-law Jesse, brothers-in-law Lloyd, Bob, Darrel and his sister-in-law Blanche. Dale leaves with cherished memories, his wife Donna of 45 years, his children Terry (Lehanne), and their children Justin, and Morghan; Kelvin (Chris), and their children Cody and Katelyn; and Karen (Scott), and their children Mason and Maya, his sister Marcine, his brother Orville (Julie), and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Valhalla Lutheran Church. Pastor Ella Loberg will officiate. Interment will follow in the Valhalla Centre Cemetery.
