Obituary of William Garfield Cook

Jack Cook, a resident of Grande Prairie, Alberta formerly of Beaverlodge, Alberta passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 at the age of 79 years. Jack will be dearly missed by; loving wife Rhoda, children Linda (Tim) Moffett, Rick, Tammy (Bob) Savidan, Dean (Vicky), 18 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, Jack is also survived by; sister-in-laws Bonnie Descoteaux, Gwen Melnyk, Maxine Brown, Karen (Emilien) Crye, brother-in-laws Dale (Joan) Willard, Bud (Deanna) Willard and numerous nieces and nephews. Jack is predeceased by his sisters; Dorothy, Pat, Thelma, and Ethal, and his brother Teddy. A Celebration of Life was held on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Dimsdale Hall, Dimsdale, Alberta. Interment will be at a later date.
