Veronica Downey, a resident of Beaverlodge, Alberta passed away with family by her side on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 65 years. A Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Beaverlodge Funeral Service (1103-7th Avenue West). A Celebration of Veronica's Life was held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Beaverlodge Alliance Church. Pauline Haycock officiated. Interment will be held at a later date. Veronica is survived by her loving husband, Clarence Patrick, her children: Wanda (Evan), CJ (Amber), Patrick (Jolisa), and Katie, her grandchildren: Alexa, Owen, Russell, Ava, Rae and Remmi, as well as her mother-in-law Susan Downey, numerous extended family and many friends.
