Evelyn Birch, a long time resident of Beaverlodge, Alberta passed away with family by her side on Saturday, February 8, 2014 in Hythe, Alberta at the age of 83 years. Evelyn was predeceased by her parents Fred and Florence, brothers; Bill, Jim and Cliff, and her sister Franny. Evelyn is survived by her husband Norman Birch, children; Yvonne, Warren (Linda), Darcy (Victoria) and Darren, stepchildren; Debbie (Dennis) and Norman Jr., as well as 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. With respect to Evelyn’s wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Interment will be at a later date. For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Evelyn to the West County Health Complex, Box 30 Beaverlodge, Alberta T0H 0C0 for the building of the new Beaverlodge health complex.
