Martin Beks, a resident of Beaverlodge, Alberta passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 in Beaverlodge at the age of 57 years. Martin Vincent Beks was born on June 26, 1959 in Victoria, British Columbia. He was the oldest child to Lambertus and Antonetta Beks. He attended school in the Comox Valley. Martin could fix anything and he loved quadding and sledding. He worked on the rigs from bottom up over 30 years in Alberta, Saskatchewan and B.C. Martin was old school. He developed a green thumb throughout his life. Martin had a private garage club with exclusive members. They will know who they are. Martin was predeceased by his dad, Lambertus. Martin is survived by his children, Samantha Beks, Sarah Beks and Patrick Beks, his mother Antonetta Beks, his brother Pete (Lisa) Beks, sister Anna Beks, sister Petronella (Mark) Bell, and his brother Henry (Tina) Beks, along with many nieces and nephews.
