Phillip Sidney Sykes (Phil Sr.), resident of Beaverlodge Alberta, passed peacefully in the Grande Prairie QII hospital on July 31, 2021. He had just celebrated his 86th birthday by Zoom with all his grandchildren present, and he said it was the best birthday present ever! He is fondly remembered by his children; Phillip Jr, Ricky, Shelly (Brad), grandchildren; Aaron, Tate, Max and Stina. His brother Clifford (Brenda), nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his loving wife; Mona, his parents; Max and Phyllis, brother; Grant, Mona’s parents and all of her sisters and brother.
