Gordon Wilfred Nicholson, a resident of Hythe, AB, and formerly of Pouce Coupe, BC, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at his home in Hythe at the age of 78.

Gordon was born and raised in Dawson Creek, BC, and Pouce Coupe. He worked as a highway maintenance machine operator for 32 years.

A loving husband and father, Gordon was always ready to help those in need but rarely asked for help himself.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Caroline, with whom he shared 55 years; his sons, Rod and Trevor; and his grandson, Kyle.

Cremation has taken place, and burial will follow at a later date.
